black screen

Dear all,

I faced a starage issue, that when I'm trying to unlock the device, the black screen still exists and when I tried many times, it opens to enter the lock code

Today it did not open even when I open the physical keypad and I had to remove the battery to open the device which is annanoyingfor sure

Anyone have the same issue or have a solution

Re: black screen

Try a Battery pull please, with the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot device. This will clear all cache liek rebooting a PC. Then try again and see if your problem persists.

What OS are you on? Type in a new message MYVER and a space after to see and report back please.
I am on OS 6.0.0.246 and it ihas been very solid compared to older versions.
