latest desktop software will not open my 7100g. what can i do?
i had not used it for a while, forgot password and after 10x trying it only shows a blank screen with error 507.
tried to reload the software via loader /nojvm using command prompt but there is no communication and am told to check the usb connection. the usb seems to be fine as the blackberry appears in device manager as functioning properly.
what to do?
