Keep trying. Try it with the battery in and with the battery out, to see if it connects.

it is connecting with the battery in or out it is going through the whole process of installing 7.1 software when it reaches the 70% mark it is diconnecting from the computer thats wen it on it finishing and waiting for the device to connect everything is loading up all d modules etc is loading up but when it reaches 70% of reebooting it disconnects plz advise

Can you try doing this on a different PC or a different USB port on the rear of the PC?

Have you rebooted the phone, and how did you reboot?

Have you changed the SIM card, gotten a new SIM?
