The issue has been resolved!I wiped my fone to restore factory settings!I successfully changed the password through a computer but still couldn't access my device so I had to wipe!thanks so much for the help

Guyz i need your help i changed my phone when ever i try to sign in my bb ID it rejects if i change the password it still rejects i need your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. I am having similar issues but what happened exactly was that I forgot my password to sign into my smartphone. I then reset the password from my iPad which was successful because I even used it to login https://blackberryid.blackberry.com but I tried this password on my phone and it didn't recognise it. What do I do. Thanks.
