At BIS It says...mobile network
And at blackberry enterprise server the status is not connected

BlackBerry ID is the master key to access most BlackBerry applications and services,  including BlackBerry Protect, BlackBerry World storefront and BlackBerry Messenger on a BlackBerry Smartphone.

 

As you are unable to access your BlackBerry ID , and unable to use most application on your device , I feel sorry  but I think you should start all over again to rule out any conflicts, To do that first perform a backup of your device , for help refer to this article : How To Backup Your BlackBerry 

 

Once you have you backup done follow this Knowledge Base :

KB31291 :  How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory settings using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

 

When you're done use our BlackBerry ID and start all over again , After that you can restore your backup ,
