OK I will try to explain why I suggested the above link , If your BlackBerry ID username or email is an valid one or which you can access on your PC , then for the first time when you created your BlackBerry ID it must have send an firstname.lastname@example.org mail to that particular email account that you have used to create the BlackBerry ID.You have to search your Inbox for that message ,If you find that email then within that mail at the bottom you will find this :
If you did not create or do not recognize this account, please click here to delete this BlackBerry ID
you can click on that same link to delete the BlackBerry ID that you have associated with that device. After a wipe you can use the same email address as your BlackBerry ID , which will allow you to set a new password on your device. In this way you will not lose access to any of your paid apps if you have or to BlackBerry protect .
If you are unable to access the same then the most easiest and the only solution seems to me is do a backup and then wipe your device and create a new BlackBerry ID.You can restore you backup[ later on. For that look at this KB :
KB26694 : How to change the BlackBerry ID on a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet or BlackBerry smartphone.
So please ahead and let us know of your progress.
