blackberry ID

I was upgrading my bbm and then I had to log in my blackberry ID , at the beinging I had the password wrong but then I changed it. I keep typing the correct password but it keeps saying 'unable to log in' I tried restarting my phone but still the same thing Smiley Frustrated what I'm I meant to do??

You can try reseting your BlackBerry ID password again and see if that helps :

 

KB26361 :  How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password

 

If that fails then Go through this Knowledge Base :

 

KB28212 "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7
