i have recently purchased a blackberry and i can,t get the app world to update it just keeps saying i need to update so i try that and it just keeps saying retry and won,y update and i cannot setup my email account in the options it only has the setup for business and this is not the one i need to use please help

Have you activated BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS on your account, You need that to enjoy email services on your BlackBerry , Regarding BlackBerry World please try it over wifi .

You have to Contact your Carrier Vodafone they can add BIS / BlackBerry Data Plan on your account, So please call vodafone to add that on your account to enjoy all BlackBerry Services.
