blackberry app world plug in error

hi, im using curve 9220 as i dont have wifi and (BIS)(BES), i used to download apps from app world via desktop but now that too has caused a problem , whenever i click download it gives me error as blackberry app world plug in error and i deleted the pluh in  and reinstalled it but then too its not working so please find me solution please

We are aware of this issue and the current workaround is to use BlackBerry World on the BlackBerry smartphone.  This KB article was created about the issue: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB29599

I have been having similar problem & tried to connect by my bold 9900. When I click on the app world icon the screen now shows loading and stays there. I have tried turning the phone off/on with same results. Suggestions?
