Ok , I want to BUY a app on app world , so when I click “buy” it asks for my blackberry ID user name and my blackberry ID password,but I forgot my user name and the password and the recovery questions answer.

You must use an DIFFERENT email account than the lost BBID. Create a new email account using Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.com or whatever, and use that for this new BBID.

Yes.

 

Create a new email account using Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.com or whatever

After getting that email address, go to www.bbid.com on your PC create the new BBID.

After that is established, on your device, go to Options > BlackBerryID and change it.
