blackberry app

My blackberry app is not working at all. When I click on the icon, it sends me back to the browser to download it. After downloading and the phone has rebooted, it still doesn't function like before. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and yet I can't still get the app world working...please help....micheal from ghana

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

I would suggest going to www.blackberry.com/appworld/download and proceed with the download from this page and if you are prompt to overwrite, choose Yes.  Then restart the BlackBerry Curve 9300 and you should be able to access BlackBerry World.
