And, I don't understand your question.

Could you please explain, in whole detail, what you need?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

You must, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as additional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.

Good luck.

Re: blackberry bold 9900 email setup //HELP!

[ Edited ]

Hello I need to tell you my problem detail
I bought BlackBerry bold 9900 last month from Singapore with 2 years warranty.(16,may,2012)
When i got that phone,i can activate email account very easily and can send to email all my customer and friends, and shown in end e mail "sent from Blackberry bold 9900".
I satisfied and proud of used BB and i like shown the "sent from BlackBerry bold 9900".
Yesterday,I send e mail to my daughter, but it's not shown in under the e mail "sent from Blackberry bold 9900".So i check the sent to my other email address and checked it ,,Yes not shown "sent from Blackberry bold 9900" in end of e mail.
When i check my e mail account setting it's not activate and can't go to Email Account Management set up application ,so i made the activation with my e mail account ,but it's shown activation request failed.service connection is unavailable .
Pls let me know how to do it .Need to change the service setting?
Pls let me know the instruction.

Thank you

I hope your reply letter .

Have a nice day..

Sincerely

Aghtutoo

Re: blackberry bold 9900 email setup //HELP!

Please try this FIRST, using your BlackBerry browser...

1)
• Go to mobile.blackberry.com
• Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
• Choose the appropriate email set up options.

If that works and completes your email setup/editing, good.

If not, follow these additional instructions:

2) Register HRT: (OS5) Home Screen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Scroll to any line entry and > press the Menu key > and then click Register Now. If you have an OS 6 or OS 7 device, Look at Options > Device > Advanced > Host Routing Table, etc.

3) Resend Service Books: Article ID: KB02830 How to send the service books for a BlackBerry Internet Service account. http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830

4) Then, with the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

5) Now, return to the 1) mobile.blackberry.com email setup as mentioned above and follow that.

Hopefully that will get things going again for you!
