blackberry bold 9900 keyboard doesnt want to work,only the touch screen works,nothing else will work

I did a software update a few days ago and when it was done the keyboard wouldn't work at all the on and off button wouldn't work either.
Please can anyone help me with this problemSmiley Sad

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your device keyboard.

 

How did you do the update - on your device or using BlackBerry Desktop Software?

 

If you remove your battery to reboot your device, does the keyboard seem to respond after the reboot completes? 

 

Under Options>Device>About Device Versions, what's the software version listed on the 3rd line?
