blackberry bold 9900 network issue

hi can some please help me out on this.

 

im trying to get my blackberry bold all up and running the phone works fine i.e calls texts internet etc etc but it wont conect to blackberry network and is not giving me any blackberry services which means i cannot use my emails bbm or pin messages anyone the solution to this please i have tried completely restarting the phone several times and nothing still please help if you can

Have you subscribed to a BlackBerry® data plan with yoru wireless provider? From your home screen, does your signal indicator show in upper or lower case letters?
