Re: blackberry bold wiped

You entered an incorrect password ten times and your BlackBerry has been wiped.  You now have to reinstall the OS.  Simply put, there's nothing left on your BlackBerry.  This is a security feature.  Imagine you were someone else trying to access your phone.  What would they be able to access now?  Nothing.  That's one of the great points of owning a BlackBerry.

Plug your phone into your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  If you don't have it installed, it can be found at www.blackberry.com/desktop from your PC browser.  Once it's installed, plug your phone in and click Device at the top of the software then Restore from the drop-down menu.  Choose the most recent restore point and proceed.

I hope that helps you.  Smiley Happy
