hi, i got a blackberry bold for only couple of months now, and i updated the phone to 7.1. what my phone does is switch of from either using it normally or it does it iteslf. unlike other types of switching off, when it does it does not show any signs and will not turn back on and it will not notice a charger or usb. i have to take the battery every time. i am annoyed as i have dowgraded to the oldest version swiped memory upgraded again, same thing. i am so annoyed.

Do you think the battery could be loose in the house, disconnected from time to time?


Place a business card or a folded sheet of paper on top of the battery and see if that prevents the rebooting.
