blackberry curve 9830 Touch screen

Hey Guys need some help with my phone.

Its a touch screen and its still very new no scratches never dropped.

I took my screen protector off last night and applied new one and since then the touch screen

dosnt want to work any more?

Is there any way of hard reset, I really cant see any thing wrong with it?

Pulling out the battery while its still on, leave the battery out for at least 1 minute before putting back in to let it reboot.

Re: blackberry curve 9830 Touch screen

What im thinking is it might be the new screen protector causing the issue since you said it only stopped working after you applied this new screen protector. Would you be able to remove the screen protector and see if the problem is still their?

I did remove it and it is still the same..

Also thought it might be the protector.
