blackberry desktop manager cannot comunite to detect this device

Dear Blackberry Friends i m facing one problem . my blackberry curve 8520 was working perfect last night i just download some game apps from app world after that i just restart my device. then i my device wont let open . dont know why . there is one error . APP ERROR 200 and reset . when i reset it goes restart and same problem. and when i just downloaded desktop manager to reinstall software for device it wont let my device detect . dont know why and giving error which i wrote in subject. help me about it thank.

Hello!

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, attempt to undo whatever you most recently did.

 

Otherwise, this KB might be helpful:

  • KB30100 "JVM 200" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone
