Can you uninstall appworld and try installing it from http://us.blackberry.com/apps/app-world/download.h

I'm not sure. You said you've upgraded to 0.65
Is that the latest version? Check here:
If its not, I am going to recommend using the latest version of the software even though you meet the requirements
You can also try to boot the device in safe mode, delete, battery pull and try to install it again:
When you get a chance, do a battery pull. When the red light goes away on the front of the phone, hold down the back button the entire time while the phone is booting up. When the boot is complete, the phone will enter safe mode.
