I am using the curve 9300 and have been trying the last couple of months to create a blackberry I'd. I keep on getting the message having trouble connecting to the server. I have tried everything but nothing seems to work

Make sure you are definietly connected to the internet, try turning out bluetooth and just connecting with wi-fi, or with you're service provider network, if not try make a New email address it might be accidently black listed try COMPLETLY New information, if that dosen't work contact blackberry about this issue.
