blackberry id

I forgot my blackberry id password. Not even the security question I can answer and the thing is, the email address I have as my id is an account which I dont use at all anymore plus I forgot that email accounts password too. Can i just create another blackberry id account? Any suggestion please? ThanxSmiley Happy

If you still have your original registration email you can click on the link within it to reset the password.

If you do not have that email or cannot remember your security question then there is no way to recover your password and you will need to create a new BB ID. Doing this will mean any purchases made under your previous BB ID will be lost and will need to be repurchased.
