blackberry internet issue

This is kinda a strange problem ... I need a solution or an explination Smiley Very Happy , so my subscription in BIS ended 2 days ago ever since non of the application can connect to the internet ( not even with wifi ) viber whatsapp facebook even twitter they don't work the only thing that works fine is web browser , some people told me to do a battery pull and try after 1 minute I did so viber and whatsapp worked on wifi I turned wifi off then turned it back on it did'nt work anymore so everytime wifi gets turned off I need to reboot the phone for viber and whatsapp to work even with turning mobile network off and on it did'nt help . Today I removed the sim card and connected the phone to wifi everything worked fine including whatsapp :/ except viber -_- soo what's exactly wrong and how to fix it ? Please help
