I topped up £5 to pay for the one month bbm sended it to 441, then they replied saying: Sorry, due to a technical problem your request has not been processed. Please try again later. Apologies for any inconvenience. So I tried again later but it said: You do not have enough credit to buy this booster. Please top-up and try again. So it took away my money and didn't give me bbm service only interent.
I can't tell for sure...there is no ? in your post, so I'm not sure if you are making a statement or asking a question. If it's a question, then the proper place to pose the question is with your mobile service provider...all issues about billing and service are a matter between you and them, no one else is involved.
