J Sanders, when i do this I get to GPS and from there I can not go to Menu to refresh the GPS....I takes me to a screen that says GPS data source- GPS Services and location aiding.... can not get it to go to menu....

You are on a CDMA device. Those devices do not show the GPS refresh function.

Click Options > Advanced > GPS > Menu > Refresh GPS.

Give it up to 10 minutes to refresh, and try 2-3 times in a row.
