blackberry messenger

hello , when i upgrade my blackberry bold 9700 my blackberry messenger its not working anymore  and i got the message every single time  

a temporary BBM server has occurred 

 

i tried many times to updates it but its not working ,

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan with your network service provider?  Also are you connected to a Wi-Fi network?  Can you send me a private message with your PIN number so I can investigate?

actually i didnt get you about my data plan with my network service provider???

 

but i can tell you that i just update my blackberry with new messnger and system , also i activate with my network service the service of the blackberry messenger internet that i already paid , also i have plus on that wifi at home ,

My bbm is not working I can only send msg but can neither receive messages nor see my contact updates

Try removing the battery and placing it back in.  Then test your BBM.  If the issue still persists, please send me a private message with your PIN number so I can investigate further.  Thanks.

Ever since I upgraded my bbm I can't access it again it will tell me setting up bbm the next thing that pop up is that cannot set up bbm temporary bbm error has occured.. What I'm I to do pls help me out am using 9930

I have a torch2 9810
Did an upgrade on bbm and now doesn't work at all I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I keep on getting an error messege "a temporary BBM server error has occurred" its been almost two weeks that I'm trying to get it to work

Hi. I use a torch3 9860. I just installed my bbm and while it's setting up, it tells me that there's "insufficient wireless coverage or your connection to the wireless network is turned off" I don't have a data plan, just my wiFi. Do I need a data plan?
