blackberry protect

hey everybody,


i was wondering how come the BB protect gives the same error for the last few days, saying the the service is unavailable at the moment.

i tried going to the website and there i have a massage saying that the site is under infrastructure maintenance.


does anybody know how long will it take? or what can i do now?

i have BIS and the phone is working properly, it's just this issue.

I've experienced a similar problem.  Am attempting to do a device switch but won't be able to do so until Blackberry Protect is up and running again.
