blackberry protect

I have been receiving a message from blackberry protect to "authenticate User Identification" however everytime I try to login it says "unable to login to your blackberry I'd account" I cannot login to the app world either. Any suggestions?

Hi lisaembury,

 

Are you able to login to your BlackBerry® ID from a computer? If not, I would advise changing your password and retrying. If you are able to login to your BlackBerry ID from a computer, the steps provided in this KB article should help you login to your BlackBerry® ID from your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9360 smartphone.
