blackberry protect

l recently checked my online blackberry protect account and all of my backup files were missing from my account.  I believe someone hacked into my account and deleted the files.  Is there anyone I can contact to look into this issue.  I had identity theft a year ago and think this has something to do with it and need more information regarding the missing files.  Thank you.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

BB Protect is part of your BB Proprietary Services, provided by BB as an extension to your data plan subscription from your carrier (ATT). Formal support for everything starts with your carrier, who has the only method to formally escalate cases up to BB should it be required. So, contact ATT and see if they can help and/or escalate your case up to BB.
