The OS5 version on my phone is 18.104.22.1688, the app world version is 22.214.171.124
When trying to install appworld I get error message: uncaught exception: java.lang.Error
I have tried removing and reinstalling the app, I have tried pulling the battery, I have tried downgrading app world.
I have tried reinstalling the OS.
I have tried reregistering and requesting service books.
I have unlimited talk, text and data with Blackberry Service on T-mobile.
I have tried all of the above because I was getting a message from app world saying app world needed the latest blackberry ID version but it could not upgrade bcause the server was busy and to try again later, after a few days I decided this was an error.

I down graded App World to 126.96.36.199 again and the java error message has gone but it still says the software update server is unavailable. Please try again later.
I press retry and it flashes downloading for a second at 0% and then back to the server message.
When I close App World it shows the (80002) error message, blackberry ID failed to install.
It would be nice to get some support.

80002? I don't find that, but I do find this for 80003...perhaps it applies for you as well?
