blackberry torch problem.. please help

i have a blackberry torch 9860. the problem is i cant connect to bb messenger, when i updated bbm, it only shows a blue screen all day. also bb maps dont also work.. before i updated my software all applications work very well. but when i updated, its messed up. tried to reinstalling bbm and maps but same problem occurs. please help me or give me suggestions to fix this problem on my torch.. thank you very much

Taking a guess, I think when you updated the OS, you lost a setting that controls your service from your provider. I would call them to see if your service is the same as it was previously.
