blackberry world

I cannot remember my password for my blackberry I'd which is asociated to my phone and the email linked to it is an old work email address which I do not have access to. Therefore when I go to resend password I can't retrieve and I also can't seem to get my secret question answer right which is frustrating!

so I made a new username and password but its not letting me use it on my phone as its not the correct address asocitaed to my blackberry.

I can't go to settings >device and delete that account as it again asks me for my password which I don't know and then I get blocked out!

please help as I can't upgrade any stuff on my phone or download anything!

If you do not have access to the email account that the BlackBerry® ID was setup with or answer the secret question you would need to change the BlackBerry® ID on the BlackBerry® smartphone. The following article provides information on changing the BlackBerry ID:
