bluetooth

when i connect to my handsfree bluetooth it doesnt play the ringtone thats set on my phone, it used to do it but for some reason it doesnt anymore, does anybody know how to solve this?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your ring tones.

 

If you are not connected to Bluetooth, does your custom tone play? 

 

Are you connected to a headset or a vehicle using Bluetooth?

Hi im using a headset, my ringtone plays fine when not connected & when it is it plays a different tone through the headset but the phone plays a different tone

So, to make sure I follow - you hear one tone in the headset and the device plays a different tone (so you hear 2 tones) neither of which is the tone you set?

yes, but the on i set is playing on the phone mate

Delete the Bluetooth pairing and reboot your device.

Re-pair your device to the headset. Does your custom tone now play as expected in the headset?
