bold 9780 stuck on startup but device starts

my sis bold 9780 one day when she reset it it stuck on the loading screen about 25% but the device itself starts cuz she still recives messages and bbm and calls but it shows it stuck in the loading screen it also has a colorful static look on the loading screen anyone plz help

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.

That is very strange indeed...and reminds me of the BSOD screen saver that fooled Windows users into thinking their computer had failed. To be sure, does the Logo_Blue.gif key do anything?

 

If not, then you'll likely need to perform more drastic recovery attempts:

none did not work do u think it could be a screen problem cuz the phone it self is on the screen just shows thats

At an internet-distance, it's impossible to truly diagnose anything. We can have you try different things to try and root out a most likely cause, but only a qualified technician with the device in their hands can give a true diagnosis (especially if the problem is hardware).

Your new hypothesis is certainly possible...but beyond that, there's nothing more to be said at an internet-distance.
