Hi i have a bold 9790 , been using it for months and the bbm has just stopped working, have removed battery, deleted bbm and reinstalled and deleted users but cant reconnect with them now?? ant ideas how i can fix it please, really dont like whatsapp

With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support...only they can look at their systems to determine why your services are not functioning properly. Only they can formally escalate your case up to BlackBerry if such is required.
