hi, at each time i try to back up my bb bold9790, it stops at the end and doesn't move anymore. I have the latest version of blackberry desktop software, hence i can't anymore make device too in the latest version due to this back up problem. Could anyone help?

i'm using desktop software for PC, at the stage it stops i can read on the screen : backing up smart card option 1 out 1 . I've waited for 16h hours at least but it did move.
what is strange is i don't have smart card on my device.
