bold 9790

I have the blackerry bold 9790 and the lock button is completely broken. My phone just automatically locks itself and will not unlock, this is getting really annoying now has anyone got and ideas how to fix it?

If the lock button is, as you say, "completely broken" (e.g., physically broken), then that's a hardware issue, for which no amount of OS/software "fixes" can help. Only in-hand evaluation by a qualified hardware technician can give you a proper evaluation and estimate.

On the other hand, if the button itself is physically fine, but the device is simply auto-locking sooner than you desire, then you should check the settings (within the Security area, as I recall) to ensure that they are set as you desire.
