hi i have a bb 9900 that has gone wrong and is only 6 months old i bought it from ebay but new and sealed i have given it to phone doc but they said they dont no whats wrong with it have i got a chance with blackberry this is discusting as used only 6 months and cost alot of money and app will prob never work again,help someone it wont turn on so nothing on screen at all is there anyway blackberry could help me as surely this is not good for buisniss x really is it i cant seem to find where i can email blackbeery either

hi the same thing has just happen to me i bot it three month ago and it just went of as i was scroling through my emails this is terible...im helpless here it seems this ppl dont realy care they just make devices that dont work properly...i dont know what to do i just lost mu contracts..

Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
