am now on to my second bold 9900!! all well until past few days when emails on one account keep disappearing like they can only stay on the phone for around 12 hours. history remains from before the problem starte
any suggestions on how to resolve. deleting emails accounts from phone and starting again hasn't worked
thanks and hopeful of receiving resolutions

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support...email services are part of BIS, and they control BIS for your device.
