browser not opening... please help!!!!

i have had my second hand blackberry for about roughly a year today (blackberry bold 9700)i upgraded my blackberry for the first time to v6.0.668 after upgrading i tried to  open browser and youtube but wont open but other applications that use wifi ti work such as facebook all work fine its just the browser and youtube that will not open please help.

Welcome to the forums. 

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
