built-in media storage error

i get a message "built-in media storage not accessible due to detected errors, do you wish to repair it now?"

when i press yes and choose built-in media storage

the mobile freezes and don't response

and whe i try to format the mobile freezes and don\t respond 

please help

This is probably not what you want to here but I had to do a full factory wipe of my device to solve a similar issue. Good luck and remember to back up firstSmiley Happy

i tried the full factory wipe "security wipe"

and now the mopile is totally died it restart and give me a white screen with no options

I do tech support for a living and the next step I would have a customer do is check the liquid damage indicator. Your phone sounds like it may have got wet. And believe me no customer I have ever talked to remembers a time when they got the phone wet but sure enough the sticker is red or orange. Also call your service provider and find out if you have a service centre for your phone.

Make note that it takes several attempts sometimes to repair the problem.
