busy signal

When I'm already busy in a conversation and I receive a new call, I hear a bip and see the coming new call but my BB don't send a busy signal to the new one who is traying to call me.Instead BB seems to be free. What I have to change in settings? Thanks

Re: busy signal

A caller to you while you're on a call won't receive a busy signal as long as you have CALL WAITING activated.

Contact your mobile provider and cancel that service. It's not a BlackBerry device controlled function for most, but you can open your Phone App and click menu > Options to see if the function is listed there.
