caNnot change payment

Help me please..I want buy app..but I cannot click edit to creadit card..and I go my account,then click payment options..its same..not work..

What's your BlackBerry World version? 

 

Are you on a computer or on your device trying to update your payment information? 

 

Do you get any error when you go to update your payment info? If so, what's that error?

When you go to update your payment info, do you get an error? If so, what's that error?

Not sure,but not remember.. I think error I'd 11000

Please see KB28192 related to the error 11000 you are encountering.
