call forwarding device

my call forwarding no longer seems to work.  I have had it set up for  a while and now when I go into "call forwarding" to set it up it comes up with a box that says 'operation failed'


does anyone know how to fix this

There are two things to try here,

First off, contact your carrier to ensure that nothing has changed on their end with regards to your account. If there are no problems there, I'm guessing you're looking at a software related problem. In this case, I would recommend reloading the software on your device.
