I totally need help for my Blackberry Bold 9930.

I take pictures that come out as "negatives", I've searched all through the "helps", but can not find how to fix.

Can one of you help me to take normal pics again.

Thank you

Re: camera

Hey Jeff9894,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

In the camera application press Menu>Scene Modes and change it to Auto. Try take a few pictures and check to see if they show up as a negatives.

 Also are the pictures are saved to your media card or device memory?   Did you download any new applications lately related to photography?

I look forward to your reply.

Re: camera

Hello ViciousFerret;

Thank you four quick reply.

I tried every setting in the cameras scene menu, but no fix.

I do not have a card in this camera as of yet. So they're going to the device.

I don't believe I downloaded any apps for photos that I can remember.

Once again, thank you
