can't deactivate account

I gave out my old bb and exported my details to the new bb but my account is still the one in use on both devices. how do I deactivate or change the username. and password in one of the devices?

On your Old device perform a handheld  wipe or use BlackBerry Desktop Software to reset it factory setting it will remove your email from that device.For further help please refer to this Knowledge Base :
