Still not working!!  Smiley Mad  I connect the blackberry, its turned on, still cant drag and drop.  cant get media manger button to highlight.  other than this, the phone seems to work fine.  please help...

Is the Mass Storage Mode switched to ON?

 

This is important -sorry.

 

Go to Options  - Memory 

.....Mass Storage Mode Support ON

.....Auto Enable Mass Styorage Mode when Connected: YES

 

It also helps to have the BB connected to the PC when you start up the PC, but BB switched off. Then when everything is up and running, turn BB on.

 

I donlt know why, maybe it's just my PC, but it doesn't always "see" the BB if I plug it in after the PC is up and running.

Yep, just tried it again, and it's fine. But I don't have the Desktop Manager running. If you have it running, maybe that is interfering with things. Close it down and just access the BB via My Computer.

you know, i just figured that out, came back to update this post, and there was your reply.  Thanks for your help guys, I really appreciate it.  Its a great phone, I was just frustrated with that one aspect.  Thanks again!
