can't log in my world/app world

Hi I have a blackberry 9300 curve
I am trying to login to  “MY WORLD” in ”APP WORLD”. Every time I try to login with my id it states the following error
“an error has occurred, please try again later”
This started to happen when a new version was available for “app world” and I upgraded to the new version.
I am currently updated to version  “2.1.2.19”
Can anyone please help me with this issue?

You could try deleting and re-installing App world (Menu, Options, Applications, change third party to 'add on' and remove it, however if it doesnt show up it means it is a core application and is pre-installed, meaning you will need to master reset your phone).

 

If this doesn't work try creating a new App World ID and logging in with this as the issue may follow the ID itself

I have done the reinstall options and creating a new I'd.still the same issue.I will try and retore my settings and see if that will work.

Hi, have you found a fix to this problem? Same thing happens on my 8520 Curve....so sick of this **bleep**.
