can't log in to my application world

I upgraded my application world but now I can't seem to log in to My World in application world. I deleted my application world and re-installed it but no luck. I can't download any applications it says an error has accord please try again later. I have been having this problem for 3 weeks now. Would someone please help me. I would really appreciate it.

Hey get this in another forum, i fixed mine so i hope it works for you.

first go to Options menu

next go to Date/Time settings

then adjust your nextwork time to ON and set the time zone! 

that's how mine worked hope it does for you!
