can't run BBmediasync.exe

Downloaded is to my Mac and tried to open in Parallels. The error i get is...

ZIP damaged: file C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\tem\WZSE1.TMP\Setup.xe:Bad CRC. Possible cause: file transfer error.

But the file seemed to come across fine. all 30.9 MB of it.

What do I do?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

I'm not a MAC guy, but i'd erase the file you down loaded and try it again.

Don't bother downloading it again - it's a Windows application and will not run on a MAC!

Re: can't run BBmediasync.exe

My message indicated I opened the application in PARALLELS, i.e. a virutal machine running an up-to-date version of Win XP.

Still, it will not open.

I have tried deleting the file and re-downloading several times.

Parallels allows to run Windows XP on a Mac that uses an Intel CPU.

You might try getting a friend with a Windows PC dowload it and transferring to you, if not

try seeing if your carrier has a CD or get one from BB.
