Re: can't setup bbm

This actually should have been posted in the BBM for BlackBerry forum.  The most common cause of being stuck on that screen is network connectivity issues.  Do you have a blackberry data plan?  If you check your service status under wireless settings, what does it say?  Can you send e-mail and browse over your cellular connection?

Also, what country are you in?  (some countries block access to some blackberry services).

You can also enable your wifi radio - you typically have lower latency over wifi (provided you have a fast broadband connection).

Blackberry Enterprise  server

Provider : AXIS+

Hello,

If "edge" is indeed lower case as you have described it, then you have no data connectivity through your carrier whatsoever. You need to talk to your carrier about subscribing to a BIS-level data plan from them, assuming they have such...if not, then you need to seek a different carrier, for a legacy BBOS device must receive BIS from the carrier in order to have available the BB proprietary services, including BBM.

Good luck!
